Most of what we do at Lady Luxe Beauty is hands on. A facial designed around your skin. A massage worked through the body. A treatment tailored by your practitioner. The Infrared Sauna self care suite asks nothing of you at all. Nobody is working on you, nothing is being assessed, and there is no next step to think about. It is a serene escape, set aside on our menu for the kind of self care that is simply yours.
We have kept this page short on purpose. A great deal is written about infrared saunas online, and we would rather tell you about ours in our own words than add to it. A quiet corner of the sanctuary
The Infrared Sauna self care suite sits on our menu beside our facials and body treatments, inside a space built to feel like a sanctuary rather than a salon. It is time set aside, and that is the whole of it. No phone, no rush, nowhere else to be for a while. Some of our clients book it as a ritual of its own. Others fold it into a morning that already belongs to them. If you would like it alongside a facial or a body treatment, tell us when you book and we will look at the timing with you rather than guess at it.

An appointment after work is easy
We are open until 8pm 5 nights a week, so the suite does not have to be carved out of a workday. Monday 9:30am to 8pm. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm. Friday 9:30am to 8pm. Saturday 9am to 5pm. Closed Sunday. An evening booking turns the end of a long day into something quieter, and a Saturday one turns it into the beginning of the weekend.

Yes. We are open until 8pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, so an evening appointment is genuinely easy rather than a favour we squeeze in. Monday and Friday we open at 9:30am, Tuesday to Thursday at 10am, and Saturday we run 9am to 5pm. We are closed Sunday.
