How does someone redeem it?

Is a voucher a good idea if they have never had a facial?
It is one of the better first steps. Every new client starts with a skin consultation, so the treatment is matched to their skin on the day rather than decided by whoever bought the gift. Nobody ends up with a treatment that is wrong for them.
