Every facial here can incorporate oxygen therapy, needling, LED, plasma pen, Dermaceutic, TCAs, milk peel, high frequency, frimator, cryotherapy and multiple massage techniques. Which of those appear in your 55, 75 or 90 minutes is decided by your therapist after reading your skin on the day, rather than by the name on the booking. That is what fully customisable means here, and it is why 2 people can book the same facial in the same week and be given 2 quite different treatments. Coming in with a partner, your mother or a friend? Dual treatment rooms are available upon request, so you can be treated side by side rather than taking turns in the waiting area. Please ask for it when you book, as the rooms are limited.

Which of the 3 facials should I book?
Intuitive Lite at 55 minutes is the polished, brightened, glowing reset, and it suits a first visit or a pre-event refresh. Intuitive Lumi at 75 minutes adds a thorough skin analysis, advanced peeling solutions, facial technologies and targeted light therapy, so it is the one to choose when you want the treatment working harder. Intuitive Luxe at 90 minutes is the full sensory journey, with sculpting and firming massage, hot and cold therapies, sheet masks, a hand and arm massage and the resonance of sound therapy. If you are unsure, book the time you can comfortably spare and tell us your concerns when you arrive. The treatment is tailored to you either way.
What is the best facial for my skin?
The honest answer is that it depends on the skin in front of us on the day. Our facials are tailored to address concerns including pigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, acne and breakouts, sensitivity, scarring and premature ageing. Your therapist analyses your skin at the start of the appointment and designs the treatment from there, which is why the same booking can feel quite different from one visit to the next, and why you are never given a set routine that ignores what your skin is asking for.
Do your facials include the neck and chest?
Yes. Intuitive Lite, Intuitive Lumi and Intuitive Luxe all include the neck and chest as standard, included in the treatment rather than offered to you as an extra once you are on the bed. The skin below the jawline ages alongside the face, so we treat it as part of the same canvas.
Can 2 of us have a facial at the same time?
Dual treatment rooms are available upon request, so you and a friend, partner or family member can be treated side by side. Please ask when you book rather than on arrival, as availability is limited and it needs to be scheduled in advance.
Can I come after work?
Yes, and many of our clients do. We are open until 8pm Monday to Friday, so an appointment after work is easy to fit in. Monday 9:30am to 8pm, Tuesday 10am to 8pm, Wednesday 10am to 8pm, Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 9:30am to 8pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm. Closed Sunday.
