A few things that keep the clinic running calmly for everyone. If anything here is unclear, please ask before you book rather than after.
Deposits and cancellations
A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
We enforce a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If written notice is not received at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, Lady Luxe Beauty reserves the right to retain your deposit.
If you are classified as a no show, or do not give the correct notice in writing, Lady Luxe Beauty reserves the right to retain the full amount of the treatment booked. This applies to payments made by credit card and by gift card.
We appreciate your understanding. This policy supports the time set aside for staff, treatment rooms and admin.
Before your appointment
- Please tell your therapist about any medical conditions, illnesses, injuries or allergies at the time of your treatment.
- If you need minimal downtime after your treatment, say so when you arrive so the treatment can be adjusted.
- Please wear appropriate clothing for tanning and waxing services.
In the clinic
- Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Children must be supervised at all times. For safety reasons we ask that children are not brought to appointments with any of our practitioners.
- If you have any preferences or requirements during your treatment, please speak to your therapist directly. Nothing is too small to mention.
