Salon Etiquette

A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If written notice is not received at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, Lady Luxe Beauty reserves the right to retain your deposit. If you are classified as a no show or do not ensure the correct notice is in writing, Lady Luxe Beauty reserves the right to retain the full amount of the treatment booked, this applies to payments made via credit card and gift card.

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy supports the time allocated for staff, treatment rooms, and admin.

• Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  
  

• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, illnesses, injuries, or allergies at the time of your treatment.
  
  

• Children must be supervised at all times, and for safety reasons, we kindly request that children are not brought to appointments with any of our practitioners.
  
  

• If you have any specific preferences or requirements during your treatment, feel free to communicate directly with your therapist.
  
  

• If you require minimal downtime following your treatment, please advise your therapist at the time of your appointment.

• Please ensure you are wearing appropriate clothing for tanning and waxing services.
